Information you choose to provide

If the fit-check form is configured and you submit it, the site sends the fields shown—including contact details, ZIP, project constraints, links, notes, and consent—to the configured SaunaShare recipient through Resend. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or access-control information. The form is not displayed when delivery credentials are absent.

Technical data

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, device, browser, requested page, timestamps, and security signals. A short-lived HTTP-only cookie may be used to limit repeated form submissions. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile may process anti-abuse signals when configured.

Links to Sauna Marketplace use UTM parameters identifying AustinSaunas.com as the referral source. Once you follow an external link, that site’s privacy terms apply.

Use and retention

Submitted information is used to respond to the request, evaluate product fit, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention should be limited to operational, legal, and security needs. Information may be handled by service providers used for hosting, security, and email delivery.
